The National Tournament Has Been Cancelled

The national tournament has been cancelled. All funding will go towards next year's success for the Embry-Riddle Ice Hockey Team. Thank you for your continued support, you help our Eagles to soar. For questions, please contact Bill Thompson:

The Embry-Riddle Ice Hockey Team has come out on top during regional qualifying play to win their first ever berth to the National Championship!

March 11, 2020

The weekend of March 7th, 2020, the Eagles beat Georgia Tech 5 to 0 and eliminated Florida Gulf Coast with a score of 3 to 2 to be one of 16 top-ranked teams.


We need your help to raise the funds needed to get us to Texas so we can represent our great university in championship hockey!


Here is the current schedule:

  • University of Michigan: Tuesday, March 23, 4:30 p.m. (CDT) - Children's Health StarCenter in Plano, TX. 
  • Air Force Academy: Wednesday, March 25, 10:00 a.m. (CDT) - Children's Health StarCenter in Plano, TX. 
  • Coast Guard Academy: Thursday, March 26, 10:00 a.m. (CDT) - Children's Health StarCenter in Plano, TX. 
  • Semi-Finals: Friday, March 27, 4:00p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (CDT) - Comerica Center in Frisco, TX.
  • Championship Game: Saturday, March 28, 7:30 p.m. (CDT) - Comerica Center in Frisco, TX.

More recent updates - we are very proud of our Eagles!

  • The Eagles placed 5th out of approximately 40 teams in the south this season.
  •  We competed in the toughest conference in the southern region (Southern Collegiate Hockey Conference).
  • Jack Bokun and Ryan Marks were named first team all-conference in the SCHC and ACHA south all team.
  • Goalie Nico Prulhiere was named second team all-conference in the SCHC.
  • Coach Bob Joyce was named coach of the year for the SCHC.
