Gifts to Flightless Eagles contribute to...
Flightless Eagles aims to provide an organized opportunity to participate in various nationwide Engineering Competitions and organize various intramural social/engineering events to build a community of engineering students in an engaging, stimulating environment.
We compete in Redbull's flugtag competition where we are tasked to build a glider under certain parameters (such as wing length, weight, etc). We were one of 30 teams selected out of a pool of 400 applicants.
Your gift will be used to buy supplies for our glider and support our transport to Miami. We will have to find lodging, as it is a two day event, as well as rent a U-Haul to transport the glider to Miami.
