Gifts to Makerspace Discovery contribute to...
Makerspace Discovery Program is a student run organization that is hosted within the Embry-Riddle Makerspace to provide an accessible environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning. We are committed to empowering the next generation of engineers and designers through projects, mentorship, and practical hands-on experiences. Our goal is to develop essential skills for innovation and improve attitudes toward design, manufacturing, and analysis. This student organization provides hands-on learning training, training consisting in composites, FDM, resin, scanning, recycling, and post processing, for free through Makerspace Discovery Training Program for all ERAU students.
We are seeking $1,500 to purchase two printers for Makerspace Discovery training and a tablet to support outreach events, including participant check-in and check-out. These resources will help us provide hands-on demonstrations, improve event organization, and expand engagement with students and the university community.
