Gifts to Daytona Beach National Society of Black Engineers contribute to...

The mission of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.
The Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach NSBE chapter provides students with a supportive community that fosters a sense of belonging where black students may see themselves as engineers.
NSBE’s signature programs for college students offer academic and career enhancement, leadership skills development, scholarships and a supportive culture created and led by their peers — to ensure student success in earning STEM degrees and making a positive impact on community.
Fundraising priorities include:
- Travel, registration and hotel accommodations to the NSBE Regional and National conferences
- Professional development and certification training fees for NSBE members
- Workshop materials, guest speakers' travel and accommodations for NSBE meetings
