The Upward Bound program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is dedicated to the success of high school students right here in Yavapai County. We provide first-generation and low-income students with the academic foundation and leadership development needed to succeed in higher education.

Whether our students are testing their limits on the climbing walls at Gripstone or navigating a virtual biology lab at Dreamscape ASU, every experience is designed to build confidence and curiosity. These hands-on opportunities allow students to see themselves as future scientists, engineers, and leaders before they even graduate high school.

Real-World Experiences
Last year, our students traveled to New Mexico for a hands-on immersive experience in an Allied Health lab. How Your Gift Makes a Difference
Your tax-deductible donation directly funds the tools our students need to excel:

• $25 covers the lab and supply fees for one student during a STEM workshop or participation in a leadership and teamwork workshop.
• $150 pays for one student to take a specialized class during the summer session of Upward Bound.
• $200 pays for a day of an out-of-state campus tour for one student.
