The mission of Study Abroad and Global Engagement is to provide exceptional international academic programming and experiences for all Embry-Riddle students. These experiences greatly enrich their future careers by becoming more adept through cultural immersion and maneuverability. Study abroad student have higher retention and graduation rates than those who do not study abroad. Our students come back more excited about their courses and future. The personal growth they experience, learning how to operate in unfamiliar surroundings, learning new languages and creating meaningful connections with peers, professors and professionals across the globe is immeasurable. The office of Study Abroad and Global Engagement plays a critical role in making international education accessible, safe and enriching for students, guiding them through every step of their global academic journey before, during, and after they return.

Study Abroad & Global Engagement is excited to fundraise for the following:

1. Ten scholarships for students participating in exchange programs with our partner universities ($2,500-$5,000 each).
2. Ten scholarships for students participating in faculty-led programs abroad ($2,500-$5,000 each).

3. Five scholarships to help first-generation college students to get their first passport ($500 each).
